Hi Oscar, if you previously had Windows 10 installed and activated on your PC, and so yous do non have to purchase Windows x . . .

Hi dave, im afraid i do not know what version of windows it had on information technology beforehand, i simply reset it and causeless it would reinstall the same version as before hand, is there whatsoever way to come across what version was previously on the laptop?

Hello Greg, i believe the laptop came with windows already on it, and didnt crave a code to be inputted, i've tried to troubleshoot the activation primal, all the same information technology says 'troubleshooting has completed, we weren't able to activate windows x on this device, delight go to the store to purchase a 18-carat re-create of windows 10'. I dont want to buy information technology again as information technology costs £120...

Hi Dave, no i tried to reset via tje settings app nonetheless information technology wouldn't work so i reinstalled windows via a USB drive. Ive done this before on my old laptop and i had no bug which is why im am confused as to why it did not work this time.
